We do not accept returns or exchanges based on personal preference, color variation, size expectations, or change of mind. Each piece is handcrafted to order, and to maintain hygiene standards for all our customers, our textiles are non-returnable once delivered.

We recommend recording an unboxing video when your order arrives — it helps us resolve any issues quickly if needed.

In the rare event of damage in transit, manufacturing defect, or incorrect item delivered, we offer immediate replacement or exchange.
